Admission Circular
Medical, Dental, IHT/MATS and Homoeopathic, Unani & Ayurvedic admission circular 2024 published on dgme.gov.bd website. Let’s take a look at the various aspects of these admission notices.
- MBBS Admission Circular 2024: MBBS Admission Circular has been published for Government and Private Medical Colleges on 10 January 2024. As per admission notification online application starts from 11th January 2024. Last date of application was 27 January 2024. Then the admit card is released. Applicants are given the opportunity to download admit cards from 5th February to 7th February. The admission test was held on 9 February 2024.
- BDS Admission Circular 2024: BDS Admission Circular 2024 was released on 14 January 2024. The admission notification is applicable to all government and private dental colleges and dental units of medical colleges. According to the notification, the date for online application is fixed from 15th January to 3rd February 2024. Admit card download is available from 25th February to 27th February 2024. The date of admission test is 8 March 2024.
- IHT/MATS Admission Circular: IHT MATS Admission Circular for the academic year 2022-2023 has been released through dgme.gov.bd website. The application period is fixed from 18 December 2022 to 11 January 2023. Admit card download date is 23rd January to 26th January. The admission test was held on 27 January 2023. Note that the admission circular for the academic year 2023-2024 has not been published yet. When the admission notification is published, it will be known from the website of the DGME.

MBBS Admission Result 2024
The MBBS Admission test was held on February 9, 2024 for All government and private medical colleges in Bangladesh. After that, the result of the admission test is published within 48 hours. It has been Released on 11 February 2024. Students who have secured 40% or more marks in the admission test are declared as passed.
Merit list is prepared on the basis of total score from the candidates who have passed the admission test. Admission process in government medical colleges will be done from this merit list. The waiting list has also been published. If any student does not complete admission from the merit list, admission will be taken from the waiting list.
The admission process of private medical colleges will start after the admission process of government medical colleges. Students will be admitted to private medical colleges based on published results. Admission of students in private medical colleges will also be completed through the central admission system.

BDS Admission Result 2024
The admission test for BDS course in dental units of public and private Medical colleges and Dental Colleges of Bangladesh is held on 8th March 2024. After that, the BDS Admission test result was published on 10 March 2024.
Merit list and waiting list has been published for the admission of students in the prescribed seats in the Government Dental Colleges. After completing the admission of students from the merit list and waiting list, the admission process in the private dental colleges will start. Admission process for BDS courses in private dental colleges will be done centrally.

Admission Notice
After the declaration of the result of the admission test, the admission process is usually completed in several steps. After the admission from the merit list, the admission is completed from the waiting list.
Selected students have to complete the admission within the stipulated time. Moreover, the necessary documents are submitted and rules have to be followed.
