MBBS Admission Test Admit Card 2024 has been published for government and private medical colleges. The Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME) released this admit card today. Applicants can download Medical Admit Card 2024 from February 5, 2024. It can be downloaded through the dgme.teletalk.com.bd website. Admit cards can be downloaded till 7 February 2024. After that admit card cannot be downloaded anymore.
Medical Admit Card 2024
In the academic year 2023-24, the admission test for MBBS courses in government and private medical colleges will be held on February 9, 2024. Candidates must download the admit card to appear in the admission test. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the admission test without an admit card. Students should bring the original registration card of the HSC/equivalent examination along with the medical admit card 2024.
Medical admission admit card for academic year 2023-2024 can be downloaded from 5 February 2024 to 7 February 2024. After that, no student can download the admit card. The Directorate General of Medical Education informs the students about downloading the admit card through SMS. Notices have also been published on the websites of DGME, DGHS, and the Ministry of Health. At the same time, the instructions regarding the admission test have also been published.
How to Download the Medical Admit Card?
Medical admit card 2024 has been released for all eligible candidates. Applicants can download the admit card by logging in with their user ID and password. The Medical Admission Test Admit Card can be downloaded through the dgme.teletalk.com.bd/mbbs website. Below are the steps to download the Medical College Admission Admit Card 2024.
- Visit the dgme.teletalk.com.bd website.
- Click on the MBBS Admission link.
- Enter your user ID and password in the admit card option.
- Click on the submit button.
- Download and print the PDF.
A student can download the admit card even if he/she does not receive the SMS. The admit card can be downloaded through the user ID and password that the student has received after completing the online admission application.
If a student loses his/her user ID and password, he/she can recover the user ID and password from the same website.
If you lost your Admit Card
Medical Admission Admission Card 2024 can be re-downloaded if lost. But it must be downloaded within the stipulated time. It can be downloaded as many times as needed from February 5 to February 7. After that admit card cannot be downloaded anymore.
Admission Test Seat Plan
The admission test for the MBBS course will be held on Friday 9 February 2024 for all government and private medical colleges of Bangladesh. The admission test will be held from 10 AM to 11 AM. The Admission Test will be held in different centers of Bangladesh. The student has to participate in the admission test at the center selected by the student, at the time of admission application
The MBBS Admit Card 2024 contains the exam center name, venue, and detailed seat arrangement besides the date and time of the admission test. Candidates must attend the admission test according to the seat arrangement mentioned in the admit card. Also, no additional seat plan will be published. However, detailed seating arrangements will be available at each exam center. Students will get the required seat plan from the respective center notice board.
Medical Admission Test 2023-24
In the academic year 2023-24, the medical college admission test will be held in the MCQ system. The admission test will be conducted in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, and General Knowledge.
There will be 100 questions in the admission test for a total of 100 marks. One mark will be given for each correct answer. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. The subject-wise mark distribution is as follows.
- Biology- 30
- Chemistry- 25
- Physics- 20
- English- 15
- General Knowledge (History and Liberation War of Bangladesh)- 10
The admission test pass mark is 40. Students securing less than 40 marks will be considered as failed. 5 marks will be deducted from the total marks of those students who appear in the admission test for the second time. However, for those students who have already been admitted to any government medical or dental college, if they participate in the admission test, 10 marks will be deducted from the total marks.
Admission Test Instruction
Medical Admit Card 2024 contains detailed instructions for MBBS admission test 2023-24. All candidates must follow these instructions. Notable instructions are-
- Candidates must come to the exam center with the printed admit card.
- HSC/equivalent examination admit card or registration card should be brought along with the printed admit card.
- Candidates must reach the examination center 1 hour 30 minutes before the admission Test starts.
- The candidate must take his/her seat at the examination hall by 9:30 AM.
- No mobile phone, calculator, or electronic device can be brought to the admission test center.
