Admission to all government and private IHTs and MATSs will be done centrally. MATS IHT Admission Circular 2024
MATS IHT Admission Circular 2024 has already been Released. The notification was published on the Directorate General of Medical Education website dgme.gov.bd. As per the published notification online application for admission to 4 four-year diploma course is required. All admission-related activities will be done through the dgme.teletalk.com.bd website.
Eligible and interested students can apply online from 22 August 2024. IHT MATS admission application can be made till 21 September 2024. Let’s take a look at the important information of the admission test 2023-24.
- Starting Date of Online Application: 22 August, 10 AM
- Last Date to Apply: 21 September 2024, 11:59 PM.
- Admit Card Download: 12 October 2024 to 15 October 2024
- Date of Exam: 18 October 2024, Friday, Time 1 Hour (10 am to 11 am)
- Application Fee: 700 Tk
Application Eligibility
The candidate should possess the following qualifications to apply for the 4-year Diploma Course in Government and Private IHT and MATS in the academic year 2023-24.
- The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
- Candidate must have passed the SSC/equivalent examination in the science group from 2020 to 2024.
- Candidate must have obtained a minimum GPA of 2.5 in SSC or equivalent examination. Biology is a must-have subject.
MATS IHT Admission Application
An applicant can give a maximum of 6 choices for MATS and IHT in case of SMS and online application. Before applying, write down these details and keep them with you. The things required to apply are-
- SSC/Equivalent Examination Board, Roll, and Exam Year.
- Code of the center for which the admission test is to be conducted
- IHT Subject Code (Table-1)
- MATS Code (Table 3)
- Division code of the candidate’s district (Table 4)
- A mobile number of the candidate.
IHT MATS Admission Form 2024
IHT MATS Admission Application can be done through dgme.teletalk.com.bd. Payment should be completed through two SMS in total. The Applicaton Process are given below.
- Access dgme.teletalk.com.bd
- Go to the IHT/MATS Admission Link.
- Click on the “Application form”.
- Fill up the Admission form with the Required Information.
- Upload the applicant’s photograph (300 x 300 pixels) and text (300 x 80 pixels).
- Submit the Application and Print it.
Payment Instruction
1st SMS: IHTM <space> User ID and send the message to 16222. (Example: IHTM FRLGCT)
After sending the first message, the return message will provide a PIN along with the student’s information. The second message should be sent using this PIN.
2nd SMS: IHTM <space> YES <space> PIN <space> Center Code and send to 16222.
If the second message is successfully sent, a confirmation message with candidate information, a user ID, and a password will be received.

MATS IHT Admit Card 2024 Download
Candidates can download the IHT MATS Admit Card 2024 from 12 October 2024 to 15 October 2024 after applying through SMS. Candidates must download the admit card within the stipulated date. The admit card can be downloaded by logging in with the user ID and password received in the confirmation message through the dgme teletalk com bd website. The procedure to be followed to download the admit card is-
- Visit the dgme.teletalk.com.bd website.
- Access the MATS/IHT Admission link.
- Log in with your User ID and Password.
- Click on the submit button.
- Download and print the PDF file.
The IHT MATS Admit Card 2024 will mention the date, time, center, and all other details of the admission test. Candidates must follow all the instructions mentioned in the admit card.
Admission Test Mark Distribution
IHT MATS Admission Test 2024 will be held as per SSC/Equivalent Exam Syllabus 2024. An admission test of a total of 100 marks will be held. The exam duration is 1 hour. The written examination will be held in MCQ mode. Subject-wise distribution of marks will be:

- Physics-15

- Biology-15
- General Knowledge (History and Liberation War of Bangladesh)- 10
MATS IHT Admission Result
MATS IHT Admission Result 2024 will be released based on the marks obtained in the admission test and SSC result. Along with the merit list, the waiting list will also be published.
The waiting list will also be made faculty wise on the basis of merit. The waiting list will be based on the merit order of the candidates. If the selected candidate is unable to get admission within the specified time, it will be filled from the waiting list. IHT MATS Merit list and waiting list will be released simultaneously.
MATS IHT Result 2024 can be known from Directorate General of Health Services website result.dghs.gov.bd. Also merit list and waiting list can be downloaded from the Directorate General of Medical Education website (dgme.gov.bd).
