Today the Directorate General of Medical Education released this admit card. Applicants can download the BDS Admit Card 2024 from the dgme.teletalk.com.bd website. The admission test admit card download information has been sent to the applicant’s mobile number through SMS.
Dental Admit Card 2024
As you already know, the BDS admission test will be held on March 8, 2024, in public and private dental colleges and dental units of medical colleges in Bangladesh.
The DGME has Released the Dental Admit Card 2024 to participate in the admission test. All applicants can download the admit card from 25 February 2024. Admit card download last date is 27 February 2024. After that, no candidate can download an admit card. If the admit card is lost, the candidate can download his/her admit card multiple times within the stipulated time limit.
How to download the BDS BDS Admit Card?
The BDS admit card 2024 for dental college admission can be downloaded from the dgme.teletalk.com.bd website. This is the official website for public and Private dental college admission. The admit card download notice has already been published on the website of the Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME). Also, the applicants have been informed about the release of the admit card through SMS. Applicants can download the admit card by logging in with their user ID and password. To download the dental admit card for the BDS admission test follow the below procedure.
- Visit the dgme.teletalk.com.bd website.
- Click on the BDS Admission link.
- Enter your user ID and password in the Admit Card option.
- Click on the submit button.
- Download the PDF file.
- Print the admit card in color.
The original copy of the HSC/equivalent examination admit card or registration card of the candidate should be taken along with the printed admit card. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the admission test without an admit card.
Dental Seat Plan
The dental admit card contains information regarding the admission test date, time, and seat plan of the admission test. The BDS admission test will be held on 8 February 2024, Friday. The admission test in various centers will start at 10 am and end at 11 am.
The center selected by the candidate at the time of online application, he/she has to attend the admission test at that center. Under no circumstances can a candidate of one center participate in the admission test of another center.
The admission test center, venue, room number, and detailed seat arrangement are mentioned in the admit card. So follow the admit card for a detailed seat plan. Also, the seat plan information will be available on the notice board of the designated exam center.
Admission Test Mark Distribution
The total duration of the BDS Admission Test is 1 hour. There will be 100 MCQ questions in the admission test of total 100 marks. 1 mark will be awarded for each and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. The pass mark in the admission test is 40.
The dental admission exam will have questions of 30 marks in Biology, 25 marks in Chemistry, 20 marks in Physics, 15 marks in English, and 10 marks in General Knowledge (Bangladesh History and Liberation War).
Admission Test Instructions
- To participate in the admission test, candidates should bring a printed admit card, HSC/equivalent exam admit card/registration card, and black ink ballpoint.
- Candidates should enter the respective examination center before 9:30 am. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center after 9:30 minutes.
- Carrying mobile phones, calculators, wristwatches, pocket watches, or any other type of digital device/gadget is strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
